Kitchen Manager

Native to Miami, Luis has been working with Monty's on and off for over 18 years. He has held many positions in the front of house, but has a background in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu. His role as a Kitchen Manager was the perfect fit as he keeps pushing his team in the kitchen to higher standards. Always hands on, and always ready for the next rush!
