Mark is a born and raised Miami native! He has been in this industry for over 30 years and is well respected in the community.  A true visionary, he has helped shape and elevate Monty's to the next level. His dedication to excellence and unwavering standards has been a true driver in reviving Monty's back to it's former glory. He understands the delicate balance of respecting and honoring the iconic nature of this restaurant that has been here for 45+ years while also exploring new and exciting opportunities.
