Executive Chef

Chef TaAvis (/Tea-avis/) Williams was born and bred in Toledo, Ohio. Classically French trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, Georgia. From a line cook at a Cheesecake Factory in Nashville, TN-- he rose the ranks quickly and was transferred to Connecticut for his very own kitchen. Eventually, he made his way down to Sunny Miami where he has managed and run kitchens like Smith and Wollensky and Burton's Bar and Grill. We are lucky to have such a seasoned pro on our team now. As the newest member of Monty's Management team-- he has brought a fresh perspective and creative ideas to make each culinary experience here a truly memorable one!
